    Excellent house with new pool and always updated with 03 dormitories and 02 dormitories conjugated with room, 3 bathrooms, 02 rooms, 02 kitchens, closed area for barbecue, shower and parking space for 5 cars.

    Accommodation for 16 people in beds + extends more 06 people in mattresses, if necessary, total of 22 people. It has complete furniture and equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils.

    It is in a quiet and pleasant place with a quiet neighborhood.

    All for your leisure on the north coast. Complete infrastructure in the neighborhood, with bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, groceries, ice cream shops, pizzerias, gas station, fishmongers and commerce in general.

    Access to beautiful beaches that will make your weekends or special vacations. Only in Caraguatatuba, there are 16 beaches for all tastes, not to mention the beaches of Ubatuba, São Sebastião and Ilha Bela (nearby coastal cities).

Passamos dias muito agradáveis. A casa é grande, limpa e toda equipada, contando inclusive com TV´s de LCD, ar condicionado, wi-fi, etc. Superou positivamente nossas expectativas.
