Well organized living space. Lots of storage! Very cool in hot weather. Everything you need in the large kitchen space. Bathroom spotless. Comfortable queen bed.
This is our second stay at this wonderful Carbondale location. We gave it five stars both times. The location is excellent, very walkable to downtown Carbondale. It’s also comfortable and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it!

The Perfect Spot
This rental fit our needs perfectly. It allowed easy access to all destinations in the valley. It was clean and despite being in a basement it had great lighting. We were very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.
The location was just what we wanted - in town just a short walk to everywhere! And a quick bike ride or drive to the nearest trail! Management company very supportive of an appliance that went out. Super clean property, nice and cool in summer, a secluded retreat!
Property was clean. Great location and in walking distance to everything in town. Was informed fridge had stopped cooling just before our arrival and a minni fridge was put in its place. Fridge was replaced the next afternoon at no inconvenience to our group. If staying in Carbondale this property is a great option!
We drove our Electric Vehicle from Denver and stayed at this home. It is a great place for 3-4 people. We also had our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The EV charger is literally a 3 min walk. It is not a free charger but is very inexpensive. Also, you need to move the car every 4 hours at the charger but overall, still very useful to have. The home is very comfortable with a pull out sofa bed, a full bed and a murphy bed.
Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Was able to cook and serve Thanksgiving meal for our family of three. As a VRBO host as well. Here are a few suggestions. Would suggest restocking of silverware (short number) and additional towels for both kitchen and bath are a must since there is no washer and dryer for a long stay if 7 days. Thanks.
The place was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed it! And my husband and I both loved the small town feel in Carbondale compared to the hustle and bustle of Aspen!
GREAT kitchen! Cooked all our meals there. I enjoyed the older neighborhood next to park, walking around looking at older houses. Although this apartment was in the basement, the lighting was bright and well-placed, so I found it delightful to stay there. AND, the price was quite affordable, a double plus!
This apartment is truly a lovely spot. It has a great location, and, is situated with understated charm and welcoming additions. It is full sized, so, it has very high and spacious ceilings, just not a lot of sunlight. For our purposes it worked well since we were away during the day times. It was quite a comfortable spot to rest at night after a full day outdoors.
This gem is situated at a great location, walking to main street, easy drive to ski resorts, everything inside has been updated, comfortable beds and sitting area. As a basement unit, you should expect some noise, at the same time it is very minimal while we were there.
A great rental also needs a great management team to provide communications that are timely, clear, actively listening (asking the right question to understand the underlying issues), respect diverse opinions, and mostly address what is important to the customer.
The management team for this unit has succeeded in providing great communications, after booking, during the stay, and after departure. I appreciate the effort the management team put in for this.
Only thing that I would love to see in this unit is adding a washer and dryer. A week of skiing without clean clothes was a bit of a challenge for us.
This space was great for our anniversary trip. Carbondale is the quintessential mountain town with lots of open space and places to eat for even the pickiest of eaters. The property itself is 5 minutes or less walking time to everything in the heart of the town. It's just recently been completely remodeled and is beautifully done! High compliments on that aspect!! There were a couple of things that I thought maybe should be added/mentioned to their property description though. While this property does allow pets, there wasn't a great outdoor place for our dogs, so we had to trek over to the dog park 2-3 times a day so they could stretch their legs and do their business. They also don't allow you to leave them, even for a short period, neither out on their little patio area that is gated, or inside, unless crated so be prepared to take your dogs with you everywhere if you go out. I didn't see this in the initial description until we'd already booked our non-refundable stay, so this is just an FYI. We made due just fine, but it's nice to know these things ahead of time. They don't offer a washer/dryer, or iron, so make sure to pack well and plan ahead if you need to do any laundering. None of these are complaints, just information. My husband and I loved staying here and we will definitely keep this one on the list when we're back in this area. Thanks for an amazing trip!
