This beautifully remodeled 3-bed, 2-bath home near Willits in Basalt combines modern style with mountain charm. Highlights include a gas fireplace, spacious grassy backyard, updated kitchen, and two living rooms—one with a queen pull-out sofa. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's just minutes from the Roaring Fork Valley's top outdoor adventures. Perfect for families, friends, or groups, this cozy retreat offers everything you need for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Step into a bright, open living space with soaring cathedral ceilings, sleek finishes, cozy furnishings, and abundant natural light. Relax by the gas fireplace in the main living room, or retreat to the second living room featuring a large plush sectional that converts into a queen-sized pull-out bed. The fully updated kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials, is perfect for preparing meals after a day of exploring.

Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with plush bedding and ample storage. The primary suite features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a spa-like shower and separate soaking tub. The other two bedrooms share a stylishly updated bathroom. The expansive backyard includes a raised deck with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a fenced grassy area perfect for dogs and kids to play.

Deer Run Vista, located in El Jebel just across from the Willits shopping center, is your ideal Colorado basecamp. Whether skiing in Aspen and Snowmass, fishing on the Fryingpan River, or exploring Basalt's shops and restaurants, this home places you in the heart of it all. Hiking, biking, and stunning views await just outside your door!

PLEASE NOTE:

- PETS: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. We charge a pet rent for each pet, per night and your pet fee will automatically calculate on your booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $1,000 fine per pet. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
