THE SPACE The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for preparing meals and the dining room comfortably seats 6. Choose to dine indoors, or in warmer months, on the patio with incredible mountain and pond views!
The primary bedroom offers incredible mountain views, an en suite bathroom and private access to the outdoor seating areas and pond. Two guest bedrooms are nicely furnished with a queen bed and share a full bathroom.

The Ranch at Roaring Fork encompasses two miles of river frontage, 4 miles of stream, and 8 ponds. These waters provide an abounding habitat for wildlife. Deer, geese, marmots, and other animals all thrive in this setting. As such, please be advised that there may be wildlife droppings around the property that are part of the natural environment. Please be prepared to wear shoes while walking from the house to the pond. The front yard, with shade in the afternoon, is the best place for lawn games in the grass.
Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure. U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Very clean house in a small quiet neighborhood that’s big enough for 5 adults. It also has a beautiful pond in the backyard. I’d stay there again for sure.
Our family (ages 1-73) enjoyed a lovely Christmas holiday here. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are clean & comfortable, & the views can’t be beat! We took several walks around the area & also enjoyed petting the horse. Check in & out was easy, too. Great stay!
Pros: close to Carbondale and surrounding towns, very comfortable big home located within great area. Cons: adjacent to highway so significant noise from one bedroom and when outside, bed and bath linens, shower curtains felt old and sort of grungy (easy fix with minimal investment), dated decor, hot tub not working, no fishing pass. No false advertising, just a bit disappointing.
There were five of us staying at the mountain home on the pond in Carbondale. The property description and photos were very helpful and proved to be correct.
It was a beautiful and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed to cook and have an enjoyable stay. Additionally, it’s a beautiful setting, we enjoyed coffee by the pond, games inside the home, walked around the area, played golf and relaxed.
The host is quick to respond which is helpful. I highly recommend this VRBO!!

House has a nice central location to the Valley. It is a bit close to the road, but don't hear much noise inside the house. House is a standard rental house. Not much fancy here, but some updates. Clean. Was not a lot of inventory of paper towels and toilet paper. Kitchen otherwise had good stocking. Would stay again.

A bit expensive for what you get
Neighborhood was cute, pond out back also cute with a fox who liked to come visit. Very musty old cabin smell when you walk in, but you sooon get used to that. Very dated in terms of furniture, but if you don’t mind that then you’re good. There was a hot tub but it was not working at the time. We found French fries in the cracks of the brick to the fire place. Beds were very comfortable and everyone had great night sleeps!
Great house, family of 6 stayed here and it was perfect. Short drive to all the activities in Glenwood or Aspen, grocery stores nearby. Would absolutely stay again.
This was such a great property. It was absolutely gorgeous with the pond behind the house. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, spices, condiments, etc. for us to be able to cook from the house. It was close enough to town to be able to do fun activities, but far enough out that it was very peaceful and serene. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Great spot - roomy house and had everything you might need. It is right off the highway so some road noise. Relaxing pond out back with some fun wildlife viewing.

The house was in a convenient location. It was clean and well equipped. A good house for our three-generation family to gather for a wedding and area attractions.
