Welcoming modern house with Pool + Jacuzzi between ocean and lake in Carcans

Modern house on a very large 2000m2 plot in an idyllic rural setting with heated saltwater pool 7.5m x 3.5m and jacuzzi. The garden is landscaped and has very nice outdoor areas with garden furniture and BBQ. Located between Maubuisson and Carcans, the house offers a wide range of water sports possibilities at the Lake Carcans (about 6 km away), and relaxing beach days at the ocean (about 10 km away). Shops and restaurants can be found about 1.5 km away. Only 200m from the house there is also a bicycle track, which leads to the sea and ocean beaches.
The house is very modern and comfortably furnished, it is very well equipped. Spacious living room with integrated American kitchen. 4 bedrooms 3x 1.80m double bed, 1x 1.40m double bed.. 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. The property is completely fenced, parking on the property.
