Just steps from Carcassonne’s Medieval City, with cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, this fully renovated house blends charm and comfort with a private garden and parking.
The air-conditioned living room features a convertible billiard table, pellet stove (pellets provided), sofa, TV, board games, darts, and access to the garden with a fire pit, lounge area, sun loungers, and ping-pong table.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, classic and pod coffee makers, tea, small appliances, citrus press, and toaster.
There’s a bathroom with shower, toilet, and storage, plus a hallway leading to the sleeping area with a separate toilet.
The air-conditioned master suite has a private jacuzzi, queen bed (160 cm), TV, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bath towels. The second air-conditioned bedroom offers two electric single beds (80 cm, can be joined as a king), TV, closet, and towels.
The synthetic grass garden includes ping-pong, children’s playset, sun loungers, and a shaded lounge for drinks.
On the ground floor: laundry room with washer and dryer, 6 adult bikes and 3 children’s bikes with helmets.
Complete baby equipment: crib, changing table, bathtub, potty, high chair, bottle warmer.
Private parking at the house.
A water and electricity package is included for normal use; extra charges may apply for excessive consumption. A welcome basket awaits you to celebrate your arrival in Aude!
