Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition. One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. This made coming and going from the hotel a breeze, and I appreciated not having to worry about finding a parking spot. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay. The cleanliness and parking situation really set this hotel apart from others in the area.

Il prezzo è buono, la camera è abbastanza grande ma il letto matrimoniale era molto piccolo, oltre che stretto pure corto. Prendete una camera con 2 letti singoli e rischiate di dormire per terra.

Location appart Hotel

Notre séjour c’est bien passé, endroit propre, Bon accueil, mais juste le minimum, un papier donné, pour les codes d’accès, mais aucune communication des services proposés par l’établissement, on a deviné où était la piscine cachée derrière les haies de buissons, entretien piscine moyen des feuilles et insectes flottaient dans l’eau, et sur 3 parasols présent autour de la piscine un seul était en fonction mais toile était décrochée sur le côté les 2 autres était cassé , dur dur avec cette canicule, et notre frigo dans la location ne fonctionnait pas c’est dommage avec cette chaleur de ne pas avoir eu d’eau fraîche en rentrent de la piscine un peut dessus, mais ne restent qu’une seule nuit, on a simplement prévenu à la réception à notre retour de la piscine qu’il était en panne , mais comme quoi le contrôle du matériel des appartements ne son pas regardé avant la mise à disposition des clients c’est vraiment dommage, si non les apparts hôtel c’est tres pratique pour son autonomie, à par ça, l’appartement était bien, bon couchage . Hotel de paso.

Lo bueno del hotel es aparcamiento privado y gratuito que hay justo en frente, está vallado y entras con un código que te dan al entrar al igual que la puerta de entrada si no están en recepción. La piscina está bien, pequeña pero para darte un chapuzón los días de calor está bien. Respecto a las habitaciones, el colchón de la cama estaba hundido por el centro, era un poco incómodo.La cocina le faltaban vasos, tiene una pequeña nevera y microondas.Estuvimos tres días y no entraron ningun día a cambiar las toallas. Las ventanas le faltan un poco de limpieza porque habían telarañas.Le pedimos un rollo de WC al chico que había haciendo habitaciones y se puso como una fiera, y al final no nos lo dió. La zona es tranquila, está a 10 min en coche de la cité. Los de recepción no entienden español pero amables. Falta secador de pelo en el baño. Solo se pilla canal sur y con interferencias, y el wifi lo pillas a ratos.
