"The paper cup in the room is so small and thin, doesn’t last for 3 days. My room has no ventilation as the machine didn’t work! Bath towels are old and thin"

"No serious issues but definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I stayed three nights and each night it sounded like people in rooms above and beside me were either smashing furniture or throwing suitcases across the room. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel and possibly a rare occurrence."
