"Dave and Stephanie are wonderful hosts. The Saucy Willow exceeded all our expectations. Their continental breakfast was an unexpected pleasure with freshly baked scones, and other yummy healthy options. The food was freshly prepared each morning by their lovely and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean, quiet and super comfortable. There is a lot of space to unwind and feel at ease from the calm lake waters and the beautiful grounds"

"We were given an adjoining room, meaning we had a door that could give access to the room next to us (perfect for family) but not for us. The door was paper thin, big gap at bottom, so we could hear the conversations. Not pleasant at 7:45 am when we are trying to sleep! We did complain to front desk about that issue."

"A beautiful lake view right on the water as advertised in a cute town. Very conveniently located close to shops and amenities as well as a park and small beach. We enjoyed the waterfront property but the deck is not ideal for small children (our small children’s feet fell through large cracks). People should also be aware that there is a railway running directly behind the property with train horns going off regularly throughout the day and night."

"We had a wonderful stay with all our family. The house is well situated in a beautiful area with a great view. The pool is fantastic! The fire pit, the sauna and outdoor set up are great. We were all very disappointed that we could not use the hot tub as the water was not clean. As for the house itself: it is very nicely furnished and well decorated. All the bedrooms, and living rooms were beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well stocked. Windows need better coverings. Great house overall."
