Charming, immaculate home in a modern style. The home has beautiful views of the ocean from Swami's to the north, San Elijo state beach in front to La Jolla to the south. The home has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to maximize views and to catch the ocean breeze. It is furnished with new furniture and a newly landscaped yard. The space is an amazing gathering place for families. Good space for cooking meals and entertaining. The outdoor yard is amazing as well with beautiful views of the ocean. the Encinitas Coastal Rail Trail on Vulcan Ave. All new appliances, water filtration system, air conditioning, and two-car garage. There are four bedrooms and each has a en suite full bathroom.
