Luxury Cardiff by-the-Sea Parkhouse Walking Distance to Beach and Attractions

Situated in the heart of Cardiff by-the-Sea and within walking distance to all major attractions in the area, our Parkhouse is truly the embodiment of home-away-from-home.

No need to buy bottles of water while on vacation. House has a new HALO 5 whole home water filtration system that removes chlorine, heavy metals, dyes, pesticide; say hello to the best glass of cold water right of your faucet and enjoy a clean fresh shower.

The 1978 property was fully redesigned by the amazing Kitchy Crouse of KC Interior Design. Our vacation rental can accommodate up to 6 guests and is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a modern Chef’s kitchen, surrounded with beautiful custom cabinets, modern appliances, and warm wood pieces that complete the casual-chic décor. The open space kitchen is designed to bring our guests that homey feeling that creates perfect vacation memories. The large lounge area includes a big flat-screen TV and showcases a beautiful, wooden coffee table, a comfortable sofa, and lofty armchairs. This space is flooded by natural light through the 3 large windows during the day, and evenings get a warm light from the beautiful counter-top lights that resemble fairy tale creatures in an enchanted castle.
The bedrooms feature queen-size beds, covered with the finest Belgian linens and the large mirrors bring an extra touch of elegance. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans that keep them cool and airy without exposing our guests to the dangers of AC.
As you walk up to the 2nd story you will enter a fully furnished deck with the best views in all of Cardiff. The enormous deck measures 900 square feet. You can sunbathe, have barbeques in the outdoor dining area or sit by the fire pit and watch the amazing Cardiff sunsets with a glass of the finest Californian wine.

Our Parkhouse is supplied with the finest Belgian linen quilts, percale cotton sheets, and Turkish cotton towels.

Lovely neighborhood and very nice house

Everyone was very nice and clean! Julio was extremely helpful and kind! The nearby park was very nice for kids. The apartment came with a pack n play so we didn’t have to bring one. My family and I definitely recommend :)

Peaceful location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everything about it was perfect. Peaceful location and a friendly neighbourhood that offers a blend of coastal beauty, community charm, and convenient amenities. The property is walking distance to everything you could possibly need, a beautiful park directly opposite, restaurants, supermarket and beautiful beaches. We surfed everyday and made use of the large deck in the evenings, watching the incredible sun sets. This property is truly wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet location. We loved our stay and the hosts were very kind. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Awesome Experience

We came to San Diego for a Soccer tournament and needed a bigger place than a hotel. We found this little gem and it was perfect for my family of 4. The sunsets were beautiful, the weather of course was unbelievable. The beach, the market, and restaurants were only a 5 or less minute walk from the house. The park across the street was an added treat to go and hang out. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely look at going back.

Perfect getaway

My partner and I rented this house for a week getaway. He’s a surfer and it’s proximity to the beach and garage amenities were ideal. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach in walking distance. Julio was super responsive and very pleasant to work with. It goes without mention that the house is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay there again.

They say location is everything and they are right! Ocean views, a park across the street with basketball hoops and tennis courts, walkable shopping, beach and other amenities!!! The house is small but decorated beautifully. Well equipped for an easy stay. The balcony made the stay exceptional with suntanning spots during the day and an ambient fire for wine at night. We will be back for sure!! Good to note that beds are doubles in both rooms and so you have to snuggle a bit! Thanks for a great stay! We loved it!

Beautiful space and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay here. The deck and view were the best part, our toddler had a blast on the deck and walking to the park across the street. There is a gate for the stairs on the deck so we felt safe letting her wander around. The inside was very clean and nice. We loved walking to zumbar coffee, sambazon for acai bowls, lost abbey brewery, seaside market and delicious vg donuts. Of course walking to the beach is a huge plus! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful Park House. Great location - walking distance to beach - the amazing Seaside Market and VG Donuts. Watching the sunset over the ocean from the large outdoor patio while grilling dinner - followed by drinks around the fire pit - was our fave evening activity! We loved checking out the Solana Beach Farmers Market; the amazing Chino Farms vegetable stand in Rancho Santa Fe; the Taco Stand in Encinitas. The host, Julio, was incredibly responsive and helpful - the house was beautifully appointed - we'll be back!

Great view from the deck, easy walk to park, town & the beach. Close to the train station and Del Mar Race track. 20 minutes drive to Mission bay where we rented wave runners. Great four days for our family.
