The “Cardiff Penthouse” is the upstairs area of our fully remodeled duplex. Our professional interior designer has pulled out every creative element in her sleeve to give this place the edgy contemporary modern look that evokes luxury and sophistication.

The Penthouse is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room, and a modern Chef’s kitchen, with custom black cabinets, modern appliances with touches of rose gold, and brass. The living room, equipped with a large flat-screen TV, showcases a beautiful, ocean waves inspired faux leather couch that can be used as extra sleeping space or lazy afternoon naps. The art displayed on the walls adds to the luxurious feeling the place has. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds, with the master bedroom having extra seating, a walk-in closet and a master bath that has been completely redone with black tile in 3D dimension. Both bedrooms also offer a spectacular ocean view to take in before falling asleep.
Both bathrooms are equipped with brass fixtures and decorated with designer wallpaper that makes your vacation in California as luxurious as a Las Vegas stay.
The whole space is flushed with generous amounts of daylight entering from its 3 large windows and during the evenings, delicate counter-top lights will make you think of beautiful fireflies that light up an enchanted forest.
The deck is perfect for enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage while taking in the beautiful view and relaxing. It is also furnished with a grill, perfect for an afternoon or an evening soiree.

Penthouse and the property is supplied with the finest Belgian linen quilts, percale cotton sheets, and Turkish cotton towels.
