"When we arrived at the hotel and checked in - the bathroom in our bathroom had pieces of black hair on the back of the toilet. We went down to let them know and all they did was send a cleaner to clean it up. They should have done more. Other than that the room was satisfactory."

Good Choice for a night in Como
"Good, pleasant location with what you need for a night in Como. Air conditioner worked great. A bit noisy but not too bad. We didn't use it, but nice to have a small kitchen. Bed was firm but we slept well. Some good coffee shops and a restaurant within walking distance."
