Hôtel du Château

8/10 Good

"Located on top of the town near lift so it's quite a walk down ( 20 minutes) and back up ( more than 20 minutes) if you need a restaurant in the evening. One had to use a car and the parking below is very limited. Hotel is looking a bit dated..but it was very quiet and dark at night."

10/10 Excellent

"This was a very special place to stay - right in the very heart of the quaint, medieval village of Carenac. Herve was an attentive host and provided breakfast of fresh baked local bread."
