Sea view villa with private pool

Independent villa in the heart of the village with its garden and private pool. The house overlooks Pero beach with the view of the Genoese towers of Omigna, Orchinu and Capo Rosso. You are 5 minutes by car from Pero beach, 10 minutes from those of Chiuni or Ménasina and 200 meters by foot from all the shops in the village (bakery, butcher, supermarkets, tobacco / press, post office, etc.) .

The villa has 4 bedrooms.

upstairs all rooms overlook the sea view terrace you have:

1 bedroom with 160 cm bed with a bathroom (Italian shower and basin unit),

1 bedroom with bunk beds 140 downstairs and 90 upstairs

1 independent bathroom (Italian shower, vanity unit and 1 WC)

1 separate WC

The independent living room has a sofa with top of the range dunopilo mattress in 140 for daily sleeping.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cargèse verbracht und uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet und besonders in der Küche findet man viele Küchengeräte. Von der Villa aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick über die Bucht. Die zwei Terrassen, das Wohnzimmer und die Liegestühle neben dem Pool ermöglichen es, dass man jederzeit einen ruhigen Platz im Haus findet.Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!Familie Müller

Heerlijk huis, met prachtig uitzicht, en niet te ver van het dorp.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Halima. We hebben erg genoten van alles in het huis, en ook van de omgeving. De oprit is wat stijl, en het jammer dat het achter het huis liggende weggetje niet toegankelijk is, en je dus een stukje langs de weg moet lopen naar het dorp. Het huis is erg ruim, zeker voor 4 personen. Goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Veel plekjes om buiten te zitten. En vanaf boventerras een prachtig zicht op de zonsondergang.Het huis is zeker aan te bevelen!

GEWELDIG!Alles in overvloed aanwezig in de keuken en woonkamer.Prima kamers en badkamers en natuurlijk het heerlijke zwembad. Heel veel leuke zitjes. Groot terras. En wat een privacy. Winkel op loopafstand. Cargese is prachtig gelegen.Nog nooit zo'n mooie vakantie gehad. TOP!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, Pool ist sauber und durch den Blick aufs Meer kaum zu toppen. Unsere Jungs waren hin und weg. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und den Strand, wir waren mehr als begeistert. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was macht braucht. Die Waschmaschine und die Spülmaschine waren sehr praktisch. Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Sogar ein Wasserspender ist vorhanden! Wir haben keinerlei Punkte gefunden, die man verbessern kann. Daher volle Punktzahl. Man kann zu Fuß nach Cargèse gehen; die Innenstadt ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Vermieterin war auch ausgesprochen nett und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, mein gebrochenes Französisch zu verstehen. :-) Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!

Emplacement très bon

Maison bien située à proximité des commodités et avec une très belle vue mer. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. À déconseiller aux personnes se déplaçant avec difficultés à cause des très nombreux escaliers. L’accès au parking est impossible avec une berline ordinaire à cause de la très forte pente en courbe. L’espace piscine est très agréable mais le bassin aurait nécessité d’ nettoyé avant notre arrivée. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Traumhaus mit Traumblick

Wir hatten sehr entspannte, erholsame Tage. Das Haus war für uns, 3 Familien, 8 Personen, Jugendliche und Erwachsene, perfekt. Wir konnten uns im Haus verteilen und uns aus dem Weg gehen, aber abends auf den beiden Terrassen gemeinsam ohne Platznot essen und Kartenspielen-immer mit phänomenalem Ausblick. Bei schlechtem Wetter gab es einen Essraum und ein Wohnzimmer zum Verweilen. Fernseher in jedem Zimmer - nie benutzt. Die Ausstattung der Küche und überhaupt war hervorragend. Der Weg zum Strand war zu Fuß etwas lang, mit Fahrrad oder Auto aber kein Problem. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist zwar groß genug aber die Auffahrt war uns zu riskant.( deswegen hier leichter Abzug und nur 4 Sterne) Das war aber kein Problem, weil es an der Strasse genug Parkplätze gab. Cargese ist sehr hübsch und die Ausflüge in die Umgebung atemberaubend,

Super ausgestattete Villa auf 2 Ebenen, am Hang mit Blick auf den Plage de Peru und die Küste, mit privatem Pool (mittelwarm), Auffahrt zum Parkplatz nicht für alle Fzg. geeignet...V-Klasse ohne Allrad musste unten an der Straße parken, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants in Laufnähe.

Quoi dire de plus que parfait ! Le descriptif des photos est bien fait quand on est arrivé quoi déplus que ouah!!! Encore plus beau ! Des chambres parfaites avec leur salle de bains . Cuisine trop belle !! La piscine super température et les chaises longues nickel . Le jardin et ses fleurs grandiose et Halima qui est toujours au soins et à l écoute . Donc n hésiter pas allez y . Emplacement excellent mis à part la rampe pour y monter .

Maison exceptionnelle.Tout est parfait.Il ne manque rien . L'endroit est magnifique.L'accueil d'halima est superbe Le seul bémol est la montée en voiture .Il y a certes des places de parking le long de la route mais il serait utile d'améliorer l'accés à la montée On reviendra c'est sûr Christine

Traumhafter Meerblick

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und den atemberaubenden Meerblick genossen. Die Ausstattung v.a. der hochmodernen Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut (Gläser/Geschirr/Induktionsherd...) und für 8 Personen mehr als ausreichend, das ganze Haus blitzsauber und geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist sehr gut, Stauraum ausreichend vorhanden. Auch der Poolbereich mit Liegestühlen/ Dusche ist gepflegt und mit Meerblick. Den Strand und das Zentrum von Cargèse mit Restaurants, Bäckerei und Supermarkt kann man gut fußläufig erreichen (10-20 min). Schöne Kurzwanderungen z.B. zum Genueserturm (2 h) oder vom Strand zum Hafen von Cargèse sind möglich. Der grobsandige Strand ist nie überlaufen gewesen (September) mit netten Strandbars und das Meer perfekt zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln. Halima war sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Kaution wurde innerhalb weniger Tage zurückerstattet. Aufgrund der wunderschönen Hanglage nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet (viele Treppen/steiler Anstieg); die Auffahrt zum Haus mit dem Auto sollte nur mit Allradantrieb und ausreichend Bodenfreiheit versucht werden; man kann aber gut und sicher auf der Strasse parken. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!!

localisation au top, equipements parfaits. seuls bémols (non prévus dans le descriptifs) : le parking à côté de la maison inaccessible aux berlines surtout si grande obligeant de se garer le long de la route principale et de monter à pied. présence d'une locataire permanente dans une partie de la maison (en dessous et en arrière, indépendante), mais très discrète. au total malgré cela , super séjour.

Magnifique villa

Magnifique villa, très très bien équipée. Piscine propre, jardin magnifique, très belle vue. Bien situé. Coin silencieux. La gérante de la maison est aux petits soins, très disponible. Le plus: séjour avec bébé de 11mois qui ne marchait pas encore. Maison très sécure, et bien équipée. L'accès à la maison est difficile en voiture pour se garer. Mais il y a toujours de la place sur la route en bas de la maison. Une personne habite dans une annexe mitoyenne à la maison, mais très discrète. Excellent séjour, on recommande +++
