Beautiful property (over 7,000 acres), loved the golf cart for getting around, amazing restaurants, some of the BEST cocktails (thank you Yulissa!), such personalized concierge service from Verny. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call or text anytime even if he was off! Sergio drove us around and made us feel right at home. I wish we'd know of him sooner.... we will definitely reach out to him in the future WHEN we return. I'll be honest, I didn't have the best impression of the DR from a previous stay in Punta Cana. But this is other level. Highly recommend! Oh yeah, our room was big and so comfortable. Very clean and felt new. Loved this trip so much!"

"Everything was going smoothly but the water heater stop, in the middle of the night explote thanks God mi husband turn off the brake, it was water all over the floor. They had a great communication, I sent them all videos about it they was ready to fixed. This happen the last day of my stay. I really recommended it."
