"What a beautiful property and such great staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Alex received us great and even provided us with a welcome coconut drink. So refreshing! The waitresses were so sweet. Anastasia was great, as were the two other young ladies! Breakfast was awesome every morning. The hotel does offer dinner but we were out in the city hanging out and did not have the pleasure of joining other guests. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy another stay. With sincere gratitude, The Cruz’."
Beachfront Bungalows Hotel

"The Bungalows was fantastic. Check in was easy and they give a quick tour of the property when you arrive. Our room was great. Left a little to be desired as far as cleanliness of the room but no worse than any other hotel. About a 3 minute walk to the beach. Service was great. They have a restaurant on premises that was very good. We had 5 different meals there and each one was very good. Free breakfast was very good as well. Plenty of parking. Gated entrance. Really nice pool, games for kids in the main lodge along with a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball. Quiet and family friendly. We definitely recommend staying at The Bungalows."

"This property is very nice and the staff are very helpful and polite. The only issue I have is the layout or design of the rooms. The rooms look like individual bungalows but they are actually two back to back. As a result the walls are thin and sound between the two rooms carries. It be great if they just made them as separate bigger spaces but it is what it is. Breakfast is very good. The place is in the more quiet area of Puerto Viejo. There is a small town at the end of the road but not much there"

"El desayuno incluido tiene pocas opciones de proteínas y cuando el hotel esta lleno, no hay para todos la fruta y refresco natural, asi como los panes, personalmente preferia la opcion tipo buffet que tenian antes. Aparte de esto, el personal es excelente!"

"The bungalow is well equipped and with direct access to the beach. The pool is amazing and the staff very friendly. The only points to improve are the location of the parking area and that the metal roof does not have sound isolation so when it rain is very noisy."
