"All espectacular, attention very good. But we had and incident about 10pm last night someone attempted to enter our room without any previous notice or warning, someone was truung to open the door with another key, I had to block the door from inside and ask Twice, they only responded open the door which I did not, latter they said we are from Maintenance and left. We called security and front desk later about 10 Min they arrived an search the property. Hard to get some sleep after that. On the positive side spa this morning was amazing !!! "

"Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team.""

"The view was amazing, we were on the top floor. We got breakfast included and it the vouchers were always ready for us in the morning. The only thing my husband didn’t like is the key system because you leave the key at the front desk but he didn’t feel it was safe because he felt anyone could just walk up and say they are in our room, they didn’t validate that the key was ours. BUT besides that the room was lovely, staff were friendly and we had a blast! "

"Great location in Bocas town, walkable, food and vibes all around and easy access to water taxis and walkable to the airport too. Hotel was clean, the wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Friendly staff too! "
