The electricity and Internet went out for brief periods on multiple occasions, perhaps a function of the local infrastructure. Restaurants and shopping are not readily available without a car or taxi. Overall, the area seems economically depressed with a low level of pride in ownership. Yet overall, it was a great value for what it cost us for the month."
