"Very clean room, staff is helpful and polite, near all amenities. Lots of parking . "

"No mention of renovations at time of booking, work starting at 7am in rooms below, poor lighting in the hallways"

"Sofa bed broken . Not able to get a set of sheets fot it. Door to stairs slams shut e erytime someone comes through it . No elevator .aking it difficult for ppl with mobility issues."

"The room had uncover junction boxes to plug into. The fridge had been unplugged so when I pulled it out to plug it back in, water leaked all over the floor. The coffee maker had parts missing so I had to go back to the office to get another coffee maker"
