Dusche und Bad sind jedoch sehr klein und es gab zwei mal kein Warmwasser. Die Kissen waren zu hart und zu groß. Es gab keinen Wäschetrockner und keinen Wischmop/-eimer. "Great hotel overall. The staff was generally attentive and professional. However, I did experience one uncomfortable incident where I was asked to give up my seat for a group before I had finished my drink, and no alternative accommodation was offered. There appeared to be plenty of available seating elsewhere, so this interaction was surprising. Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant."
