Had issues 3x trying to get into our room due to the room key not working even after they replaced the batteries. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience either. It was annoying getting up to the 5th floor and having to go back downstairs to front desk 3x. Other than that they stay was good. ...

Best Western Carlsbad by the Sea
My stay was awesome, quiet the staff was very helpful did my laundry and it was cheap $1.75 to wash and $1.75 to dry. Plus breakfast was a verity of delicious food. Would definitely recommend this Best Western Breakfast & hotel to you
