Beautiful new bathroom remodel October 2023. Full kitchen. Private queen bedroom. Sofa-bed in main room. Cottage sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults 2 children.

Well appointed space with comfort and detail.
Fast internet. 55” Smart TV with Prime, Netflix and Disney.
Luxury bedding, dinnerware, plush towels. Sunny courtyard with BBQ.
Ocean breezes, ceiling fans and A/C.

Located four blocks from the surf n sand of our amazing beaches and just a short walk to the Village center where you'll find great shops, health spa, restaurants and entertainment for everyone. Close to all major attractions. Lego Land – 5 mins, Sea World – 25 mins, SD Zoo – 30 mins, Wild Animal Park - 45 mins, Coaster ( Train ) 2 blocks, Down Town San Diego 35 mins.

Fully equipped kitchen stocked with Keurig coffee maker, new dishes, flatware, pots, pans, knives, blender, gas range/oven, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, toaster and almost everything you would need to cook up and serve a great meal in the comforts of home.

Amenities include extra pillows, blankets, hair dryer, shampoo, soaps, and paper goods.

Full size washer and dryer on site with everything you need to wash your clothes. Ironing Board too!
 
  Beach equipment includes towels, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.

The trash bins are located on Roosevelt side of property. Blue is recycling. Green is compost and Gray is landfill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
