Unit C - The Carlsbad Beach Villas were completed in 2006. The Beach Villas are 3 completely private condominiums. Units A, B & C are fully furnished short term rentals each of which have a large private 2 car garage, laundry, and sun deck. The location is perfect for the beach and Village experience. Carlsbad’s best beach voted in Americas Top 20 Beaches is located directly in front with easy access. This beach has beautiful white sand, lifeguards in the summer, bathroom facility and fresh water showers. Also, you are just steps from the fabulous Village restaurants with something sure to please every palate: An exciting night life, theaters, great shopping, renowned spas, galleries, and much more.
The Carlsbad Villas are equipped with amenities rarely found in a vacation rental - everything you need to make your stay memorable. Unit A has an Ocean View and Unit B & C have views of the quaint Carlsbad Village. The vaulted ceilings, spacious floor plan, elegant granite, and custom décor truly give the feel of grandeur.

Rene was a great host. Property was nice and garage was a bonus. Convenient location. Would recommend staying at this property. Will definitely stay there again.
Fantastic location down the street from beach access, restaurants, and shops. House was clean, comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. A perfect spot to have a family beach getaway combined with Legoland (a short drive away).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was highly responsive to questions and the property and furnishings were as described and comfortable. Only 1/2 a block from the beach!
Beautiful location, been staying in this place for 3 years now and spoiled by everything!!! My kids look forward to this trip every year and we have so many wonderful memories here and look forward to many more!
We loved our stay at Rene's apartment. It was great having a garage for our rental car (parking so close to the beach can be a nightmare) and the apartment was the perfect base for my wife and kids to enjoy the beach and Carlsbad Village while I was away working during the day. Supreme value for money for a great family getaway.
We really enjoyed the location and the two bedroom unit was just right for us. Bonus was the garage and the washer/dryer. Loved being close to the promenade, village activities, restaurants and the Coaster. Was great to walk where ever we wanted to go. Rene was an excellent host. Very responsive.
Excellent property and location. Booking, communication and check out were excellent. Garage was a big plus. Unit was clean, well maintained and ideally situated for easy access to beach and town. Is just far enough off of Carlsbad Blvd to avoid noise but only a 2 minute walk down to beach. Access to restaurants, coffee shops and stores was an easy 5 minute walk.
This place was a gem. The listing is exactly what you get. It’s across the street from the beach. The place is clean and the beds were very comfortable. Rene was great at communicating and made our stay phenomenal. Will defiantly be booking next year.
Conveniently located less than a block from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Property management was great. Appreciate the beach towels and chairs and wagon that are provided. The master bathroom was stocked with cotton pads, qtips, and cotton balls. Only feedback is that the floors and carpet runners were very dirty. Within minutes of walking on the floor with bare feet our feet were nearly black. A mop was located in the garage by the washer and we mopped the floors.
This is a beautiful property and very centrally located to the beach, shops, restaurants, train station and the Carlsbad Village. Loved having a garage so parking is not a problem. It has AC which was nice because it was warm. Kitchen had everything you need if you chose to cook. Beds were very comfortable. The only cons were that it really needs painting and the chair and couch in living room weren’t very comfortable.
The condo is in a great location to Carlsbad village and to the beach. The place was very clean and very comfortable. Having a garage is a nice benefit. We have had several trips from the east coast to Carlsbad village to visit with family. We were very pleased with this condo. The only thing I would suggest is new beach chairs. Thank You very much
We loved the location. Half a block to the beach/promenade, walking distance to downtown stores, restaurants. We took the Coaster to downtown San Diego. We could have gotten off at any of the stops in between there and Carlsbad to explore instead of dealing with parking. Short drive to Oceanside and other towns. Garage, washer/dryer were a big plus. We actually were able to extend our stay by four days. Rene got back to us quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend Unit C. Thank you Rene. See you next year.
Great location!! Rene was responsive and helpful. So great to have the place so close to the beach and be able to get a snack or drink. Would stay here again!!
