- Construction on this home was completed in June 2016 and is the bottom floor of a two-story duplex. Located near the beach and within walking distance of downtown Carlsbad, you will enjoy a quiet neighborhood, with something for everyone. Downtown Carlsbad hosts excellent restaurants, coffee houses, nightlife, and public transportation. Hop on the train and nearby Carlsbad train station and you are in downtown San Diego before you know it! Family-friendly activities such as LEGOLAND, the wild animal park and parks are nearby. We have built a calming, well furnished, and comfortable beach retreat just for you. The home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
