New Modern Beach Apartment
- At the beach in the Village of Carlsbad. Quick access (6 houses) to beach access! W. of PCH. Train Station, restaurants, shops are walking distance. Newly built Mini Suite was built w/high end amenities. Approx. 400 sq. ft. Features: Queen Bed w/adjustable head and feet at your fingertips. Cable TV & Netflix. Walk in shower, full kitchen and inside washer/dryer. Outdoor deck with table and chairs to enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing Parking on Driveway (south driveway - see picture). Park next to my car or leave me a space for mine. Exterior beach shower. No Pets, No Drugs, No Smoking, No Parties and No additional guests without approval.
Hear the crashing of the waves from this beach close unit. Stained Cement Floors, Air Conditioning, Heating. Unbelievable location.
