Fully stocked kitchen, private bathroom and shared balcony with privacy shades just just steps away from the sand! Towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas included! Great for couples or small families! Close to Legoland, the train station, Flower Fields, Encinitas and much more! It's a perfect place to call home while you explore Southern California or simply relax on the beach....

    PLEASE NOTE: there is NO ELEVATOR to access and STAIRS ARE REQUIRED to get to this unit.
