Welcome to Hacienda Arcos Upper Residence! This fabulous high-end coastal property features a Spanish-style home walking distance to the famous Terramar Surfing Beach in Carlsbad. The entire home is two separate units, this page is to rent the upstairs unit. The upstairs unit is a two bedroom, minimum 30-day rental. If your require more space, the downstairs unit is a three bedroom and both units can be rented together for 30-days, or greater, for a total of five bedrooms.

Guests have private and exclusive access to the upstairs unit. Guests have access to shared driveway (two tandem spots on one side of driveway are exclusive to upstairs unit). The downstairs unit can be booked as well (if not the unit operates as a vacation rental). We have periodic servicing of the yard with a landscaper. The area is best accessed by private car, but ridesharing services are active in the area if you prefer to come without a car. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM outdoors to be respectful of neighbors. No parties are allowed. No pets.
