- History is all about this cottage house built in 1951. The home has been in a local Carlsbad family for over 70 years. Nestled within a half mile from the Carlsbad's Village/Restaurants and 1.1 mile walk or car/bike ride direct to beach access.
Corner lot with 1/3 acre of outdoor yard, private BBQ/Patio and sitting areas. Room for RV parking. Bikes for a quick run to the local market, restaurants or the beach. Zoning requires minimim monthly rentals. Completely fenced back yard. Pets allowed.
