The ultimate beach bungalow. 1 block from the beach, 5 blocks from Carlsbad Village. Completely remodeled interior. Huge back deck overlooking private and fully fenced large grass backyard. Parking for 3 cars off the street. Also, this house can be fully wheelchair accessible upon request. Ramp available for front steps, oversized 2nd bath has been designed universally with 36" door, large walk-in shower, pedestal sink, and grab bars in shower and next to toilet. Come enjoy the beach life!

Pet Policy:
Well-behaved and house-trained dogs allowed (maximum 2 dogs; no cats). Dogs must be at least one year of age, up-to-date on rabies and other vaccinations. Guests must pick up after pets and properly dispose of waste. Pet fee (non-refundable): $50 for first dog, $75 for second dog. Must provide details about dogs to owners prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful stay in Carlsbad. This cottage was perfect for our weeklong stay. So great to have a washer and dryer, deck, yard, beach chairs, and lawn games! We parked our car in the driveway and walked everywhere! Terrific location!

Nice place, perfect location

We stayed for 12 days while visiting family in Carlsbad. The house was perfect for our stay. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and Carlsbad village. The property had everything we needed for our family.

We loved our stay! The properly was just as advertised, and it was clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to the beach and downtown, which we really enjoyed. Kyle was attentive and check in was effortless. We would stay here again.

Location is great!

We visited the property with our 2 sons (4/6). The location is great, right next to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Also close to legoland! A nice backyard for the kids to play in and off street parking. Would highly recommend to families staying in the area.

Nice home close to beach

We enjoyed staying at Kyle’s home. It is close to the beach, has a nice yard for the kiddos and is overall tidy. Would consider staying here again.

Perfect location for all things Carlsbad! My family enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, short distance to the village and the large patio and backyard was a plus. Will definitely be back and would love to stay here again!

Good family time

We were in Carlsbad to meet up with family from the East coast. The location was perfect and while it was very rainy we were able to relax inside. Our dog loved the back yard!

Great place for a vacation at the beach

The location is perfect! A very short walk to the beach and also walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The deck and large yard were an added bonus as was the off street parking. We would love to stay here again!

Beach cottage stay

This is our third year staying on this property. The location and convenience to beach and downtown Carlsbad can’t be beat. In spite of the construction across the street and street repair this year, we enjoy the location and comforts of the house.

Fun Family Weekend

We came to experience San Diego sites and celebrate my granddaughter’s 10th birthday. We enjoyed staying in Carlsbad going to the beach everyday. This is a cozy beach house with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard is beautiful. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations!
