"The front desk was very friendly. Karl at the bar was very helpful, very nice to talk with and friendly too. The location needs some basic maintenance and a few upgrades to freshen up both inside and out. The food was good but could always use fresh fruit, bacon and a 2nd flavor of coffee. overall worth the value and the location is convenient "

"Clean, spacious, good amenities. For someone who's used to staying at budget motels, this suite was practically luxurious. We were only in town for two nights, but with the full kitchen this room would be great for longer stays. The only potential downside was the area can be a bit noisy. If you're on the ground floor of a building, you'll definitely be able to hear the footsteps of your upstairs neighbors. In our suite, one of the beds was right next to the window, so you could hear activity outside (people walking around the grounds, kids playing/shouting in the morning, etc.). Overall though, a good and mostly chill experience."

"From check-in to check-out, it was a pleasant experience. Was happily greeted at the easy check-in. Was not expecting the extensive breakfast the following morning with its early start which worked well with our schedule for the day. Convenient to the highway and to our destination in Newburgh. Highly recommend. "
