"Room was dirty. Ice from ice machine was full of mold! Gross Cockroach in room Room was dirty"

"Sheets were dirty, full of hair. Shower soap dispensers were empty. No hand soap available. No ice machine on property. the cabinet under the refrigerator was rotten and pieces of it in the floor proving the floor hadn't been vacuumed. Night staff was friendly and offered to move us to another room where the TV didn't work, with double beds vs. the king bed we had booked. "
