Large villa just a stone's throw from Beaumer beach, in a highly sought-after neighborhood of Carnac, in a quiet area, 2.2km from the Yacht Club and 2.5km from the Thalassotherapy center.

Tennis courts are located 500 m from the house and the beach bar-restaurant of Men-Du is approximately 1000 m away.

The shops in Centre-Plage are 1.5 km away and the nearest supermarket is 700 meters away.



Very beautiful services for this large villa, rated 3*, just a few meters from Beaumer beach. Renovated house with private enclosed garden and garden furniture, WIFI. The accommodation includes:



On the ground floor:

- Entrance serving the living area

- Living Room/Dining Room: sofas, coffee table, TV, table and chairs, dresser, sideboard, usable fireplace (wood not provided).

Une maison à deux visages

Le mobilier de jardin était super. La situation de la maison est merveilleuse. Les chambres au R.d.C. sont minables. Surtout la petite ne devrait pas compter pour une chambre double. Toutes les chambres ne disposent pas d'armoires ou possibilités de rangement de ses affaires. Il y a trop d'objets superflus partout dans la maison. La vaisselle n'est pas très jolie.
