- Living room with a lounge area (sofa, armchair, TV) and dining area (table and chairs) opening onto a small south-west facing balcony (garden furniture)
- Open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (trio cooker with 4 electric hobs, mini-oven, mini-dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer)
- 1 cabin bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (80, duvets)
- Shower room with extra-flat shower and WC

Upstairs:
- Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140, duvet) and 1 additional single bed (80, blanket)
