"la terrasse c est tout" Marie - Booking - 20/09/2025 "les parties communes sales encrassées et glissantes. vaisselle collante couverts rouillés intérieur meubles sentant le renfermé .pommeau de douche usagé. balai inutilisable plus de poils : quand a l aspirateur odeur nauseabonde c est mon mari qui a changé le sac four micro ondes qui refroidi 20 minutes avec un bruit assourdissant plaque vitro ceramique annee 80 et enfin PARKING TROP LOIN DE L APARTEMENT mon mari ne peux porter lourd les bagages ce fut tres compliqué :: JAMAIS je ne reprendrai cette location j ai oublié les ampoules des annees 80 ambiance mortelle je n ai jamais eu a ecrire un tel commentaire" Marie - Booking - 20/09/2025

L'emplacement de la résidence Oceania II (proche plages , centre-ville, résidence bien entretenue, calme, espaces verts). Logement agréable, bien équipé avec terrasse , place de parking privative. Rien pour un séjour de 2 personnes.

"Beau logement situé à deux pas du centre ville (5 min à pieds) avec parking cis. La résidence est calme, ce que j'ai fortement apprécié. On dirait qu'il y a la clim dans cet appart tellement il reste frais même par forte chaleur. Sinon vaisselle, couverts etc en nombre suffisant pour ceux que ça intéresse. L'emplacement est super ! Mais une arrivée compliquée

"L'emplacement est super ! Nous avons tout de même passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique ville de Carnac que nous adorons." Tiphaine - Airbnb - 13/08/2022 "Une arrivée compliquée ayant de mauvaises informations pour trouver le logement (45 minutes pour trouver avec l'aide à la fin d'un habitant de la résidence) il serait plus que nécessaire de mettre vos informations à jour surtout quand c'est une agence qui s'occupe de votre appartement. Propreté qui laisse à désirer (cheveux dans les lits, poils dans les WC, poussières et toiles d’araignées...). Logement vieillissant qui aurait bien besoin de quelques aménagements surtout au niveau du rangement, gros manque de place, pourtant du potentiel. Le canapé lit du salon mériterait également d'être remplacé ou au moins les housses qui ne paraissent vraiment pas fraiches. Logement un peu cher pour la prestation. " Tiphaine - Airbnb - 13/08/2022
