House located in Carnac, ideal for a family stay discovering the region, close to the shores of the Gulf of Morbihan and in the heart of Quiberon Bay.

Shops and restaurants in the town are 700 m away, beaches, accessible by bike, are 2.5 km away, the shores of Pô cove and its oyster tastings are 1.5 km away. The house is set back from the road between Carnac and Plouharnel and allows easy access to Sainte-Barbe and Guérite beaches, very popular with surfers.

Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometres away.



House of approximately 190 m² on two levels. It comprises:

On the ground floor:

- A large entrance with side table, benches and chairs, bookcase, sideboard and chest of drawers;

- A fully equipped independent kitchen (cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle);

- A living area with dining table for 10 people, a lounge area with coffee table, sofa and armchairs;

- A bedroom with 140 cm bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, coffee table, chair, armchair;

- A bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC.

- A utility room with wardrobe, washing machine and tumble dryer.



On the 1st floor:

- A bedroom with 140 cm bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, mirror, desk;

- A bedroom with bunk beds and 2 single beds;

- A bedroom with 2 single beds;

- Small lounge with bookcase on the landing;

- A shower room, separate WC.



Enclosed garden at the rear of the house, garden furniture, barbecue.



No television.



House capacity: 10 people - Wi-Fi – Possibility to park in the courtyard.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify us in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €700 to be paid on site

Charges: electricity included from mid-May to early October, charged separately according to meter reading outside this period.

Accommodation tax: to be paid on site

Pets allowed (supplement of €25)

Linen not provided: rental available as a supplement

End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or flat rate available as a supplement.
