Great location for old town and beach. with in 30 minute walk of many Bars/Restaurants and the market.

Maison vétuste et non entretenue

Maison récupérée à 17h car le ménage était non fini. Puis nous avons déchanté: Une très forte odeur d’humidité, le bois brûler de l’hiver encore dans la cheminée, le canapé très usé et taché ainsi que les rideaux (chambre et salon) La literie est déplorable dans plus de la moitié des lits. Les matelas et sommiers sont hors d'âge. Les papiers peints sont tachés et se décollent. WC du RDC délabré. matériel rouillé (porte papier toilette) et cuvette non fixée au sol Une odeur nauséabonde dans les toilettes du haut malgré un nettoyage intérieur et extérieur. Le jardin contient encore de nombreuses déjections canines ainsi que des mégots de cigarettes. Je vous passe le côté dangereux du parasol déporté qui tenait avec des pierres et du 2ème qui est simplement cassé. Nous avons également dû tailler les ronces pour fermer les volets d’une des chambres du bas. Aucune lumière extérieure sauf 3 petites lampes fournies mais sans câble pour les recharger. Les deux placards de l’entrée sont occupés par les vêtements du propriétaire ainsi que certaines armoires et bien sur le garage qui est plus qu’encombré. Ceci nous laisse à penser que le propriétaire semble parti le matin même. Nous avons eu une fuite dans l’évier de la cuisine ainsi qu’une panne du lave-vaisselle. L'agence est intervenue au mieux (parasol, lave vaisselle, & fuite) mais les prestas ne sont pas à la hauteur du montant de la loc. Points positifs: proche mer et l'équipement de la cuisine.

Week-end frais de novembre

Notre séjour s’est bien passé exception faite de l’absence de chauffage ( la chaudière est condamnée depuis mars 2022) Les solutions proposées non pas été satisfaisantes. Manque de suivi de l’agence par rapport à cette absence de chauffage. La maison est grande, fonctionnelle, lumineuse et idéalement située près de la plage et du centre de Carnac plage. Elle doit être confortable l’été. Les photos mises sur l’annonce sont trompeuses par rapport à la réalité. La cuisine et les chambres nécessiteraient un rafraîchissement. Jardin pas entretenu.
