Fairmont Olympic Hotel

8/10 Good

"Beautifully maintained hotel in Seattle. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was great but a little brighter lighting would be nice over the mirror. Thermostat stated 65 but did not feel cool. Walkable to several touristy spots but recommend not walking at night from multiple sources."

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. I was disappointed to see how long and how much food and trash were in the hallways. It was a great location with lots of history. We did not eat at the restaurant and the coffee shop was okay. It seemed to be always understaffed. I would stay again at a lower price point than what we paid."

Katie was extremely helpful communicating who to contact for transportation from the ship to them and arranged our transport to the airport the next morning with no problem. All done through email. Katie was a huge help making our transition home very smooth and the hotel was awesome as well."

"We adored our stay at The Maxwell Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Seattle by foot. Pro tip, there's a garden located on the top floor of the parking garage across the street. It even has a sensory garden for kids! Hotel staff was top notch. Raul, Gucci and Georgia (the later two are canine hotel employees) were fan favs but we encountered ZERO nonsmilers. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!"
