"Location was great! Very convenient to trains and shopping. One stop from Vieux Lyon! Great staff at the reception desk. Nice room, though pretty cramped for 3 people. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff were friendly but not very thorough when it came to refilling soaps. No shampoo or conditioner provided (must bring your own), and had to ask twice for the body wash to be refilled. Fresh towels daily was nice. The elevator leaves a lot to be desired. Maximum two people (per signage), which is difficult when you have 3 people and luggage. Old school room key with a very heavy keychain attached for some reason. "

"I had an unpleasant experience at breakfast. Other guests were asked if they wanted coffee or tea, but no one asked me anything. Even when I asked for coffee myself, it never came. Guests who arrived after me got their coffee right away. I had to ask several times before mine finally came. There were no small plates left, the breakfast room was quite small, and my omelette order never arrived in the end."
