Restored two-storey stone house with 5 bedrooms, featuring a kitchen, living room with sofas, a lounge with barbecue, and two bathrooms.

The house has a plot with parking for at least 2 cars, and additional public parking 100 m away. Ximprón Beach is a 15-minute walk, and Mar de Lira is 20 minutes on foot. Lira offers a small fishing port, several restaurants, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a supermarket 1 km from the house. Carnota Beach is 4 km away, and Lariño Beach is approximately another 4 km.
The house is available for a maximum of 8 guests. Pets are not allowed.
