"The toilet was crooked, the door would drag on the tile because the tile wasn’t installed and the toilet seat looks well used. Bed was not the most comfortable. "

"There was no remote and fortunately the woman tried but to no avail we couldnt get a working remote. So i asked the next day at the desk if they could give us more towels and a remote and seemed like there was no remote for the tv at all. Anytime i tried to get a person at the front desk besides daytime it was like pulling teeth. Tried to do a late checkout and called multiple times to the point where a the cleaning lady picked up and there was no one there. So past 11 im about to get in the shower to leave and this man knocks on the door and proceeds to open it before i even get to it, what if i had been naked and this man just barged in before i could even get to the door. The rooms arent that big so it wouldnt have taken me to long to answer if he had just waited. Its crazy you guys are so ready to kick someone out but any other time you cannot be reached. He proceeds to tell me when i get to the desk to checkout that he apologizes for what happened but im already done with you guys so he could of saved those apologies. "

"Yeah the only thing I was not happy about was y'all don't have coffee around the clock you used to so start making coffee all the time but other than that it was a great time everything was beautiful and the people that run the front desk are absolutely amazing y'all have a great staff for real"

"The lady at check in was nice. The stay was okay. We were located in the very back, it was too dark for me. If I had been staying alone I would have asked to change rooms to something closer to the front of the building (there are two). I would have appreciated more lights in the parking lot. We asked for a non smoking room but it was easy to smell the smoke from previous smokers that they were not able to completely remove. The room was fine. All rooms are outdoors. We went to the complimentary breakfast but left after seeing that there was only fruit, cereal, and waffles. At least that’s all I remember seeing. We went down the street to a restaurant instead. Checkout was smooth. "
