The Blue Pearl is a brand new construction, open concept, split plan ranch w/ a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen & cozy den, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large screened porch, plenty of parking & is stylishly decorated for optimum enjoyment! Sleeps 10, has an outdoor shower, and is just a few blocks away from the ocean & everything charming central Carolina Beach boardwalk has to offer! The garage has been made into a FUN Rec/Game/Media room with additional sleeping AND dining options. Enjoy nights out by the firepit in the large backyard. Toddler cot and Pack & Play are also provided.
