Experience comfort at 0412 Memories Made At The Beach, a cozy oceanfront retreat in Carolina Beach.

  • Oceanfront condo located on the fourth floor, and has a ocean view. The pictures will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and relaxing beach get away.
    There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There are twin bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has excellent and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options.
    Full housekeeping and maid service is included in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Pictures are deceiving on this unit! The outside grounds are run down. There are cigarette butts all over grass areas and stairwell. The unit itself had stains on floor, couch and walls. The shower curtain was all moldy and the tub did not drain while showering. Water pressure was like a pressure washer taking off a layer of skin. The ceiling tiles were falling apart, the a/c vents were covered in rust. The bed was beyond uncomfortable; it sunk in the middle and was an uphill battle to get out of. Outdoor patio furniture was broken and falling apart. The property was supossed to be non smoking but people were smoking and it came right up to our balcony which made sitting outside unbearable. Whatever chemicals they used to clean the place smelled beyond atrocious. The views and location were only things going for this place.
