Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. Includes 3 queen beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV'S! We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals.

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

Perfect stay

The location was perfect. Just close enough to everything without it being loud outside. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean, smelled very clean when you first walked in the door. Had everything we needed plus more in the kitchen. Definitely recommend if you want to be in walking distance to the local spots. Will stay again in the future. Thanks again.

Great house in walking distance to so much

We really enjoyed staying in this house for a girls trip. The walkability to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants made it so convenient! The home was set with everything we needed and probably had the best bed sheets I had slept in while traveling. Would stay here again.

Awesome Beach and Boardwalk retreat!!

We loved the space! Three roomy bedrooms, all you need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Short walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach!! Such a fun place! Ours hosts were very helpful with local recommendations! Would stay with Brian and Jamie again!!

Perfect spot for a Carolina Beach getaway!

Couldn't be happier with the location and the comfort of this little house was great. I'd love to have a King size bed with a memory foam mattress next time though ;) We will be back!!

Convenient location and comfortable stay

We stayed here three nights on a work-cation. The location was within walking distance to the beach, the Fat Pelican and the amusement area. I actually got my 76-year old his on the carousel proving that it is never too late to have a happy childhood! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place, very comfortable, very clean, very roomy. Beds were comfortable & the AC kept us nice & cool with the terrible hot weather outside. Great location to everything. Hosts were great communicators & helpful in getting us set up with a company for beach chairs & umbrellas for our day at the beach. Would use them again!

This 3-bedroom house was absolutely perfect for us. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen well-equipped. Location couldn’t be better for the price. Never met the landlords but communications were good. Definitely recommend.

Girls Family Beach Trip

We had an amazing time! Super cute bungalow. It was the perfect size house for us. Then we walked to the beach, dinner and shops close by. We will definitely be renting from them again. Also you can walk to a small grocery store that is less than a block away. We will be back!
