The location was very nice....just down from the Marriott. The layout was good except the two chairs in the living room make the area too crowded so less or smaller furniture would be better. The pull out couch was not comfy but then pull out beds never are! The bedroom was fantastic and the bed was exceptional! The air worked wonderfully. The view of the ocean from the 3rd floor was very nice. My only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the condo. In depth cleaning had not been done in a long time. I did not feel comfortable without shoes on at all times inside. Basic cleaning I guess from the Atlantic Towers staff consisted of changing sheets if asked, sweeping around rugs and around main areas but none of the rugs had been picked up and sand dumped out.....so not sure if they have been vacuumed in a long time.....and they rugs and furniture were very dirty, no shampooing of rugs had been done in a long time. The dishes were dusty. The countertops had not been cleaned well. Overall the place had not been wiped down properly. I prefer more in depth cleaning and I spent time cleaning and cloroxing the day I arrived. But, I would visit again, knowing I need to be prepared to clean the first day.
