The property features 3 full bathrooms two with bathtubs for the little ones. You'll find excellent amenities like parking for 3 cars, fenced-in yard with grill, beach gear, bikes and an outdoor shower. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living room, relaxing on one of the 2 balconies or exploring the nearby boardwalk, this new build duplex is the perfect home away from home. You will have the following items to help you feel at home:
-beach chairs and other beach supplies (beach towels not supplied) located in the locked closet in the carport area
-1 roll of paper towels
-2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
-garbage bags
-dishsoap
-handsoap
-diswasher pods
-laundry pods

-Sheets and pillows for all beds
-One towel/wash cloth per guest
-Handtowels for bathroom and kitchen
-Beach towels can be provided for a nominal fee

Located in the heart of CB. You can be in both CB business district/boardwalk and Kure Beach in just a few minutes. This unit is located on a quiet side street with little through traffic, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing family vacation.

Free parrking at the unit for up to 3 cars. Other areas on the island have paid parking and towing is enforced. If you wish to rent a golf cart on the island, there is space to park in the carport. Electric Outlets are provided to charge the cart.
