  • Amazing views from this beach house. Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Includes 2 king beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the top floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people.

Very nice property and location by the beach

The house is very nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay by the beach. You have direct access to a quiet stretch of beach, with few other people around. The location is perfect for a scenic walk along the beach into downtown. Brian, our host, was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend renting this property!

Great house right on the beach. Easy walking access to town. We loved walking to the local coffee mart for breakfast!Comfy beds, towels, and linens. This is a shared unit with the lower level, but it felt like we had the place to ourselves with the two porches.

Great Little Stop

Stayed here for a couple nights to visit a friend in the area while traveling north from Florida. Great spot with beautiful sunrises and direct access to the beach! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the living and dining spaces provided plenty of room to relax when we were not out and about. Wish we could have stayed longer!
