Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Includes 2 queen beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the lower floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. Exceeding this number will be at a rate of $400 per person UP TO 4 people (GREEN HOUSE) and 6 people based on the home rented. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 6 people

Very very nice property! Extremely clean. Owner is a great communicator. Nice materials used in the house and it is kept up well. Great layout. It’s true what others say that you can hear every step going on above you, but we used a sound machine at night and had no resting. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location right on the beach and away from the crowded areas. We stayed in the lower unit and had no issues with upstairs neighbors. Enjoyed the lower porch and yard. House was very clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Feels like home

We’ve stayed here more than once and it’s great! The layout is ideal for everyone to have their own space and the common areas are comfortable and ready for recreation - I especially love the big dining table. Thanks for hosting!

The owners were incredibly nice and the property was absolutely perfect!! Incredible beach and sunsets!! Lots of pelican watching and we even saw some dolphins!!!! I would absolutely rent here again!!!

Amazing Location

We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was clean and had the basics for your stay. The location was incredible, you just had to walk up the wooden walkway to get to the beach, and we couldn't have been happier with the proximity! There's a cute little coffee shop nearby that we went to for coffee in the mornings. I highly recommend watching the sunrise from the end of the walkway and taking a stroll to grab coffee if you're an early riser!

Gorgeous Beach house

We had an incredible stay here. Walking distance to the board walk, but far enough away from the crowds. We had the beach to ourselves each day. Even on the weekends. Walking distance to restaurants as well. Make sure you bring beach towels, there are none included. We also just bought beach chairs at Publix, worked out great.

Love the beach access!

It was a very nice space and love that the beach is right out the back door! Lovely outdoor space and spacious inside. Only negatives are I wish there were more pillows and extra blankets and if there are guests staying upstairs you can hear each step they take. Otherwise throughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay, right on the beach

Great lower level stay at Carolina Beach. The check in process was very simple and the communication from the owner was above and beyond what was expected. Tons of room, very comfortable beds and great walkway to beach. Would love to come back and stay over the summer. No issues, and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay at Carolina Beach.

Very Comfortable home! We had a Short staycation it WuZ quiet and Lovely. My favorite part is the beachfront Porch area and walking straight to the sand and ocean absolute Magic!

Spotless lovely beach house obviously well cared for in both design and cleanliness. The front yard and the access to the beach made our stay easy for this older grandma and her grandkids. Brian was so easy to communicate with and so friendly... well be back! Thanks.

Fall family trip

Great place for a vacation. Get access to the beach the artificial turf backyard is really great for the toddlers. The layout and size of rooms are really good. Will definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

A breathe of fresh air

The property was beautiful and clean. So many extras.The towels were big and fluffy and the beds were amazingly comfortable. It would be a great place for kids too. I plan to revisit for sure!
