    This stunning oceanfront duplex (this property is the Upper Level of a 2 unit duplex) offers everything you need for a memorable beach getaway. The third-floor kitchen and dining room feature panoramic ocean views, a dining table that seats 12, and a kitchen bar with seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an induction stove, refrigerator with an ice maker, and two 12-cup coffee makers, making it perfect for preparing and serving family meals. Just steps away, the spacious living room includes a wraparound couch, plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a wet bar with a mini fridge for entertaining.



    The unit offers two luxurious oceanfront master suites on the second floor, each with a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and jacuzzi tub. Both suites feature flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, and access to the oceanfront deck. Additional second-floor bedrooms include one with two queen beds and a private street-side balcony, and another with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



    On the third floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and a private street-side balcony and another with two queen beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double vanity sinks. The unit also includes high-efficiency laundry facilities, a surround sound system in the living room, and ample outdoor space to enjoy the ocean views.

If you're thinking about booking this property, just do it. Our family of 12 had a wonderful vacation.What we loved: The Setup: Oceanfront with instant beach access, plus a pristine pool and hot tub outside. The House: Super clean, modern, updated, and fully stocked with everything you need. The Sleep: Every bed was remarkably comfortable. The Vibe: Fantastic coastal breezes and a great location with plenty to do just minutes away.We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Five stars all around!
