This stunning oceanfront duplex (this property is the Upper Level of a 2 unit duplex) offers everything you need for a memorable beach getaway. The third-floor kitchen and dining room feature panoramic ocean views, a dining table that seats 12, and a kitchen bar with seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an induction stove, refrigerator with an ice maker, and two 12-cup coffee makers, making it perfect for preparing and serving family meals. Just steps away, the spacious living room includes a wraparound couch, plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a wet bar with a mini fridge for entertaining.

The unit offers two luxurious oceanfront master suites on the second floor, each with a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and jacuzzi tub. Both suites feature flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, and access to the oceanfront deck. Additional second-floor bedrooms include one with two queen beds and a private street-side balcony, and another with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
