What a fantastic property. Have stayed at many rentals in CB and this was my favorite by far. So much room, updated and well stocked with everything needed. Perfect location. Andrea is amazing, so nice and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!!!

Love this spot!!!

We were able to stay here for 5 days and it was amazing! The owner Andrea was the absolute best! She worked with us on a few issues when our dog decided to act up and was super easy to communicate with! The location is perfect, we walked to everything and we were able to watch the firework show from the front porch! We will definitely stay at this place again!!! LOVE IT!

Great for soccer tournament

We had a soccer tournament in Wilmington, and found this adorable house to stay at. This house was perfect! It was clean. It was in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Loved the front porch. The girls had a great time around the kitchen counter playing various games. Would highly recommend and if we have another tournament in Wilmington would much rather stay here than a hotel.

Great location, comfortable beach stay for the whole family! Easy walk to boardwalk, public beach and restaurants. Biking to greenway was an additional treat. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Catch a baseball game with the family @ the Wilmington Sharks Nearby @ Legion Field! College baseball summer league fun is a fan delight.

Conveniently located

My sister's family was visiting my wife and I in Raleigh and we decided that a visit to the beach was required. So a short drive left us with a day in Wilmington and some time at the beach. Cheaper than four hotel rooms, more spacious, more comfortable, and a full kitchen? This property was a no brainer. We were pleasantly surprised by how conveniently located this is. Walks to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream were very short. The beds were comfortable. We loved the shower in the front bedroom (large center ceiling rainfall head with separate wall mount spray head). The only negative about the house was an odd layout where you had to walk through one bedroom to get to another. Otherwise, the property is perfect.

Lovely Home!

We loved are stay in your home. Thank you for allowing us to bring out dogs. It was truly a family vacation!. I was pleasantly surprised that you thought of giving a good start by providing items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, toilet paper etc so we did not have to run right out to the store on arrival. We had a long drive and it was nice just to get in the home and relax!. Your home was spotless and very comfortable. Slept great throughout our stay with comfy mattresses and bedding. The front porch was a big hit at night just to sit out side especially to watch the fireworks. I would strongly recommend staying here and hope to back again in the future!

Great place for a beach vacay!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at "The Ruff Life" cottage. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with proximity to the beach mixed with the cozy property. It was clean and modern with so many thoughtful comforts provided by the property manager, including a kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cooking tools, and a electric skillet (just to name a few). The beds, sheets and towels were super cozy too! And, guys, rent the bikes ... It's so fun! We had a few very minor issues such as broken blinds in the kids room and a missing Roku remote in the master bedroom (but hey, those things are super easy to lose!) I would also advise the top bunk is only considered for very small children because it's a tight space. Andrea was super responsive before and during our stay. I actually called for info she already shared but zhe gracious and didn't make me feel like a dummy for missing it the first time. Overall, a wonderful experience!
